Kay Salerno and Shila Morris, Neuroencoding
co-founders, Business Building Instructors
When Kay and Shila were 10 and 17, their parents quit their careers and “bet it all” to buy a tiny breakfast restaurant in a California ski town. These sisters instantly gained a front row seat to the drama of American entrepreneurship, all while bussing tables and working the new family business on the daily. As they became adults, they joined the ownership and helped grow the business into a national brand featured on Food Network and in the New York Times. With Mom and Dad now retired, Kay and Shila lead the business as it serves millions of guests across multiple states each year. Often recognized for their unique marketing strategies and dedication to development Kay and Shila find that their love for each other fuels their drive and success.
Since 2015 Kay and Shila have shared their stories and strategies as speakers and podcasts hosts, and as the marketing faculty for leadership expert and bestselling author John Maxwell’s global team of speakers, coaches and trainers. They attended an Unleash the Power Within event in 2016, and fell in love with Joseph McClendon and his methods. After following his work closely for many years, they are now partnered with Joseph to present Neuroencoding to the world, and lead the Neuroencoding Institute as business building support and structural administrators. They channel their learnings into their daily 5 minute podcast and blog: The Mentorship Quest and love add value daily through their social channels.
Veenu Keller, Neuroencoding Instructor: Method of Coaching
As a Certified Life Coach and a Certified Behavior Consultant whose passion and expertise lies in parenting, Veenu Keller knows all too well how many kids do not feel they are enough and have low self-esteem.
Veenu has almost every title of mom, and understands the ups and downs of being a mom. The biggest gift she has learned on her journey through motherhood is that being a mama is a sacred gift we are given. When we realize it is not a measuring tool and focus on the connection and the gift, it is an entirely different journey.
Veenu says, “Through my coaching programs, kids open up, learn to know their worth and feel better about themselves. When your child is happy, they excel in all areas of life.”
Drawing upon her experience (professional and personal), Veenu has created a 4 day program called the In-Home TurnAround. This program allows Veenu to move in with a family for 4 days, help bring peace back in the home, empower the parents back in charge and create a more passionate relationship between the parents. Some have even called her the kid/family whisper. Veenu has a dynamic way of getting the kids and parents to be real, raw and vulnerable, which allows Veenu to help not only mend the gaps with their kids and parenting skills, but also the relationship between both parents.
The lessons/gifts Veenu has received from her past have helped her become a huge advocate for making our society BullyProof. In order to do this she speaks at schools, conferences, and any other platform that provides her with an opportunity to teach others how to improve their self-worth, self-esteem and change their story.
Veenu is a best-selling author for the following 2 books:
BULLYPROOF: Unleash the Hero Inside Your Kid, as well as her #1 Best –Selling Book Numb. She has been featured on ABC, NBC, FOX, and CW, and has a BS in Psychology.
